I ordered a TV and Sound bar set to try and catch the World Cup. Both items were out of stock pretty much everywhere so I was not keeping up my hopes too high.
Liz was very helpful, she split my order up, managed to source the TV in time for me, then later found the sound bar and even discounted my split delivery.
She kept me updated the whole time and was super nice and easy to deal with. If I ever had any questions, she was just a phone call / email away and responded promptly.
